屋面防水层开裂的机理分析与研究

某些平屋顶建筑 ,在炎热的夏季 ,屋面在太阳的辐射热作用下 ,致使屋面防水层下找平层温度急剧升高 ,砂浆热膨胀压弯破坏 ,而导致屋面防水层破裂 ,屋面渗漏。

In sweltering summer days,the housetops of some buildings with flat-topped roofs are exposed to the Sun.And under the action of solar radiant energy the temperature of the concrete under the roofing waterproof layer has a sharp rise,mortar heat expands and flexural failure will occur.To result in roofing waterproof layers crack and roof's seepage.In this paper,from qualitative analysis to quantificational computation,some new methods and concerned preventive measures are presented.
