编辑学者化,归根到底是编辑专业化。编辑学者化既是编辑活动的需要,又是编辑人员分工的需要,还是编辑队伍建设的需要。编辑学者化的实质是要求编辑人员在专业上追求专深,即要求编辑应专于编辑学和主管学科,并以专于主管学科为重。实施编辑学者化要注意处理好编辑活动和学术研究的关系、杂和专的关系。

The professionalization of editors is,in the final analysis,the specialization of editors.The professionalization of editors is the requirement of editing activities,of the labor division among editorial staff,and of the construction of the editorial team.The substance of the professionalization of editors is to require the editors to seek specialization and profundity,that is,to require the editors to specialize in compilation and main subjects,and emphasize on the main subjects.To realize the professinalization of editors,we should properly deal with the relations of editing activities and professional research,and the relations of diversity and specialization.
