摘要
心理技能训练是现代竞技运动训练系统不可缺少的一部分。根据中长跑运动员在训练中和赛前不同时期的心理表现,应有针对性地采用一些心理训练方法。在训练期可采用环境变换法、自我暗示法、精神转移法、想象训练法和模拟训练法等;在赛前应针对比赛环境、比赛对手和运动员本身进行训练。
The training of psychomotor skills plays an important part in modern competition training system.According to the psychological behavior of the middle-distance runners in the training process and before the competition,some psychological training methods can be adopted.During the training,the methods of changing circumstances of self-implication,of attention diversion,of imagination training and of imitation training can be adopted.In the pre-competition training,the training should aim at the competition circumstances,competition rivals and the athletes themselves.
