大学生社团心理咨询模式探析

A Theoretical Analysis on the Mass Organizations' Psychology Consulting with the College Students

目前我国高校心理咨询活动存在多方面误区,致使咨询效果较差,不利于大学生心理健康教育的深入开展。我们在长期的咨询实践中,探索出的以"他助、互助、自助"为机制的大学生社团心理咨询模式,突出了"本土化"特色,对疏导学生心理障碍,促进学生心理素质提高,均具有积极意义。

At present, there are so many mistakes in psychological consulting in the universities of our country that the effect of the consulting is not good enough.It is not good for the development of the psychological health educational activities. We have formed a psychological consulting pattern in our long-lasting consulting practice, and the pattern is 'others' help, mutual help and self-help'. The model shows the local characteristics. It is of great significance to the dredging of the students' psychological barrier, and it will heighten the students' psychological quality,too.
