摘要 教学反思既是一个从发现问题到解决问题的过程,也是一个教师专业素质持续发展的过程。教学反思是教师专业发展的重要机制,它在教师的教育信念、专业知识、专业能力以及职业道德感等方面为促进教师的专业发展提供了可能。但并不是任何教学反思都能促进教师的专业发展。借助教学反思,促进教师专业发展,要求教师必须具备积极的情感、全面合理的知识和正确的归因模式以及良好的意志品质等科学反思的素质。 Teaching reflection is not only a process in which teachers find problems and solve them but also a process in which teachers professional qualities are continuously promoted. Teaching reflection is the important mechanism of teacher professional development. It may promote teachers education conviction, professional knowldege, professional ability and sense of professional morality. But not all teaching reflections can promote teacher professional development. Only when teachers possess scientific reflective qualities (including positive emotion, comprehensive reasonable knowledge, correct attribution model, good will power ect.), can teaching reflection promote teacher professional development.
