厚空间结构板设备与工艺的研究

Research of Forming Apparatus and Methods for Thick Spaceboard Structural Panels

厚空间结构板是一种新型的中空结构板,具有厚度大,重量轻,隔音、隔热效果好的优点,可用于建筑、包装、装饰、家具用材。本文对厚空间结构板的设备与工艺作了进一步的研究。

Thick spaceboard structural panel is a new kind of structural board. It has advantage of bigger thickness, lighter weight and better sound and heat insulation, and can be used as raw material for light construction, package and furniture. On the basis of analysis the shortage of the forming apparatus in common use,an improved forming process and relevant equipment are presented.
