摘要
将Cu、Ni混合粉末压制成形后,用固相烧结的方法制成块状试样,研究压制压力对Cu粉和Ni粉烧结行为的影响。研究表明,增大Cu粉和Ni粉成形中的压制压力,可以促进固相烧结过程中的界面扩散和迁移,有利于Cu Ni单相固溶体组织的形成;同时,Cu粉和Ni粉生坯和烧结体的致密度和硬度也都呈上升趋势。
The bulk specimens of CuNi powder mixture are prepared by means of compacting and solid sintering. The influence of the compacting pressure on the sintering behavior of CuNi powder mixture is investigated. The results manifest that to increase the compacting pressure properly can improve the interface diffusion and migration of Cu and Ni and is beneficial to the formation of monophase CuNi solid solution and the increase in density and hardness of the specimens.
