摘要
介绍了阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLAB)工艺技术要点及其主要缺陷,重点阐述了富液阀控式铅酸电池的机理及关键技术。通过试验研究及综合性能测试,发现富液电池在寿命、耐过充、耐温升、开压及浮充均匀性等方面明显优于贫液电池。
The main technical points and major drawbacks of valveregulated leadacid battery(VRLAB) with starved electrolyte were briefly introduced.The principle and key technologies of VRLAB with flooded electrolyte were elaborated in this paper.From the integrated characteristic testing results we can see that VRLAB with flooded electrolyte are obviously better than VRLAB with starved electrolyte in the following aspects:lifespan,resistance to overcharging and temperature rising as well as in the uniformity of float charging.
