Improvement studies on construction design andprocess technologies of stationary VRLA batteries

回顾了固定型阀控铅酸蓄电池在中国研制的历史及影响其使用寿命的各个因素。作者从事这种电池的产品设计及生产工艺达数十年之久,现将长期在生产实践中取得的经验及若干问题解决的途径总结于此,其中包括大量的产品设计数据及许多有关生产工艺改进的细节,供业界人士参考。

The R and D history of VRLA batteries in China and the factors influencing the service life of VRLA batteries were briefly reviewed.Based on the practical experiences accumulated in product design and manufacturing of VRLA batteries for a period of several decades,the author summarized a series of approaches and solutions to lots of problems both in construction designs and processings.
