摘要
研究了板栅合金Sb含量、铅膏硫酸量、固化温度、化成工艺对极板生产过程中废品率的影响。结果表明:1)随着板栅合金Sb含量的减少,极板废品率会增加;2)随着铅膏硫酸量的增加,极板废品率会增加;3)高温固化极板的废品率低于低温固化极板的废品率;4)四阶段化成极板的废品率低于二阶段化成极板的废品率。根据实验结果,作者提出一些优选值。
The effects of antimony content in grid alloy,sulfuric acid amount in paste,curing temperature and formation process on the scrap rate of plates are investigated.The results are shown as follows:1)With decreasing of antimony content in grid alloy the scrap rate of plates increases;2)With increasing of sulfuric acid amount in paste the scrap rate of plates increases;3)The scrap rate of plates processed at high curing temperature is less than that of plates processed at low curing temperature;4)The scrap rate of plates processed at four step formation is less than that of plates processed at two step formation.Based on the test results some preferential values are presented.
