分析三国牌MY-135D型加热器的工作原理,结合其电路原理图详述了加热器开关在接通及断开时的工作过程,加热器的安全使用,加热器工作不正常时保护电路中保护时间继电器的两种保护过程,加热器的维护方法,印刷电路板的功能测试,燃烧控制器的调整,电热塞、熔断器的代用及故障排除的方法。
This article explains the operating principle of MIKUNI MY-135D type heater. With the circuit diagram, it describes the condition of on-off process of the switch, safely operation, two protective processes of the time relay in its protective circuit when the heater is in abnormal opration. The maintenance of the heater, function test of the printed circuit plate, adjustment of combustion controler, the replacement of the glow plug and fuse and their trouble-shooting are also shown.
