摘要
对具有离散任务的控制系统提出了触摸屏和PLC控制联合应用的解决方法。离散任务经过分析后进行任务分组,各任务之间的切换和人机交互通过触摸屏组态工具来完成,单个任务的处理采用PLC控制。此方法应用于液压试验车中,取得了较好的效果。
The solution to the control system of discrete tasks is put forward by united applying touch panel and PLC control.After analyzed,the discrete tasks are grouped.The switch of the tasks and the human machine interface (HMI) are configured with touch panel configuration tools.The disposal of individual task is taken by PLC control. This method is applied in the hydraulic inspection vehicle and takes good effect.
