摘要 介绍了国内外永磁减速启动机的发展情况。指出,设计永磁减速启动机时,磁极长度、磁极极数、极弧系数等的选择都与电激磁启动机不同。在用计算机辅助设计永磁减速启动机时,电刷接触压降可用一个电阻值来描述,步长的选择要合理,循环变量不能混淆。 This article introduces developments of the permanent magnect reduction-gear starting motor, domestic and abroad, indicates that in designing this type starter the selection of the pole length,number of poles,pole profile coefficient, etc, are different from that of the electrical excitation starter. While in the design of this permanent magnet starter with CAD, the voltage drop of brushes can be described with a value of resistance, the selection of tooth length must be appropriate, and the variables of cycling must not be confused.
