摘要
论述汽车用直流继电器启动时触点经过液桥转移和短弧转移,释放时触点经过液桥转移、短弧转移和长弧转移的触点侵蚀过程。分析电源性质、负载类型、操作方式这些使用条件与触点侵蚀的关系。结合美国密西根通用电机研究所实验室完成的对汽车继电器触点侵蚀的实验结果加以讨论,证明了本文所作的分析。从而得出今后研究的课题:选择合适的触点材料和参数以限制触点弹跳,研制新型的触点材料和触点配对以获得桥转移的自动补偿,研究密封充气触点以缩短燃弧时间和提高释放能力。
This paper expounds the contact is subjected to lever bridge transfer and short arc transfer during auto DC relay starting, and lever bridge transfer, short arc transfer and long arc transfer during releasing. The relationship of these opertional conditions of power supply natures, load types and operation modes with contact corrosion is also analy-sized. Refered to the experiment results of auto relay corrosion completed by the Laboratory of Michgan General Electric Machine Research Institute, America, the discussion verifies the above anaysis. Thus the research projects hereafter must be to select more appropriate contact material and parameters for limiting the contact spring, to develope new contact material and pair for gaining automatic compensation of bridge transfer,to research the air-fast contact for shortening burning arc time and improving release capability.
