双电动机刮水器电子同步控制装置的设计

摘要 在用双电动机驱动的刮水装置中,为使两套刮刷同步动作,普遍用连杆或软轴等机械装置强迫两只刮水电动机同步运转,这样存在许多缺陷。为此,设想用电子控制装置来控制刮水电动机的同步运转。主要方案是,在刮水装置回路中串接功率三极管或继电器实行驱动控制。经反复试验、改进,较成熟的控制线路主要由位置检测、逻辑控制、功率驱动三部分组成,其原理是,由继电器仅对转速较快的刮水电动机实行驱动控制。 In the wiper system drived by the dual motor, it is common to use the mechanism of the connecting rod or flexible shaft to make the two motors to rotate synchroneous for the synchronization of two wipers. This causes many defects. Thus the concept of using electronic control is adopted. The basic program is that in the wiper circuit the power tran-sistor and relay are connected in series to perform drive control. Through repeated tests and reforms, the satifactory control ciruit has been achieved, mainly including three parts, i. e, location check up, logic control, poewr driving. Its principle is that the relay only controls driving of the wiper motor which runs faster.
