摘要
通过构建快速成形/模具网络化制造服务平台,可缩短新产品的开发周期,提高RP&M设备的利用率,动态优化资源,降低生产成本,实现基于Internet的异地协同开发制造。论述了快速成形/模具网络化制造服务平台的国内外研究现状及其我国构建快速成形/模具网络化制造服务平台的必要性,并探讨了该平台的未来发展趋势及其应用前景。
The networked manufacturing service platform of rapid prototyping and tooling is to beconstructed. It can reduce rapid development cycle of new product, utilize fully the equipmentof rapid prototyping and tooling, optimize dynamical resource, fall production costs, realizethe remote collaborative manufacturing based on Internet. The current situation and theessential of constructing the networked manufacturing service platform of rapid prototypingand tooling are introduced. The developing trend and applying prospect for service platformare discussed.
