This paper describes the merit and necessity of developing reusable intelligent fault-diagnosis-system based on WEB, then discusses the feasibility of reusing some kinksof intelligent engines, and analyses how to use the Java agent architecture and java xmlfunction in this system. At last, introduces an application of reusable intelligent fault-diagnosis-system.
