摘要
为跃进NJ130设计的DQH型中央接线盒将电气系统中的大部分执行和控制元件集中组合在一只总成壳内,可装在汽车挡泥板或驾驶室前门柱前侧。本文给出了DQH型中央接线盒的总成图、电原理图、印刷线路图。指出在设计中央接线盒时,除对插接件的接触电阻要求非常严格外,还应充分考虑中央接线盒的散热问题。
Type DQH central terminal box designed for Yuejin NJ130 light truck is such a one which combines the most performing and controling elements in a box and can be installed at the front side of the shield plate or car front pillar . In this paper , DQH Box assembly drawing * electrical diagram and the printed circuit diagram are shown . The paper also indicates that the heat dispersion ought to be thoroughly considered,in addition to the reliable contact resistance of the connecters in the design.
