铁基粉末冶金轴承咬粘故障初探

摘要 根据上海桑塔纳轿车用冷却风扇电动机的构造、工作环境,铁基粉末冶金轴承的特性、润滑状态和充油周期,对5台运转300~700h后烧毁的电机的实际工作状况进行分析,得出其烧毁的原因都是铁基粉末冶金轴承咬粘造成的。而轴承咬粘则是轴承与轴颈配合精度低,轴颈表面硬度低造成的。改进的方法是对铁基粉末冶金轴承的对偶轴进行硬化处理,如热处理;提高轴承的配合精度;或选用摩擦相容性和顺应性更好的粉末冶金轴承。 After analysing the practical fault of five motors of D C cooling fan for Santana Shanghai, Which have burnt out after 300~700h working , and in accordance with the structure, operation circumstance, and lubricating state of the motor and the Fe-based sintered bearing * we have got the cause of seizure is of the Fe-based sintered bearing, including low matching precision and low hardness of the shaft neck surface. The imperoving methods may be used to add the shaft hardness through heat treatment or to increase the matching precision of the bearing and the shaft, or to improve and quarantee the bearing quality perfectly.
