摘要
我国民族高等教育承担培养少数民族人才的重任，是西部人才战略的支柱。本文在简介民族高等教育所取得的成就的基础上，重点分析了民族高等教育发展面临的机遇与挑战，由此提出民族高等教育今后发展的取向及其举措。
It's a task of ethnic higher education to foster ethnic talents in our country, which is the pillar of the western talent strategy. This thesis wants to emphasize on analyzing the chance and challenge of ethnic higher education on the basis of briefly introducing its great achievements. Accordingly the author advances some viewpoint of ethnic higher education how to develop in the future.
