Survivin基因在食管癌中的表达与生物学特性的关系

Relationship Between Expression of Survivin Gene and Biological Characteristics in Human Esophageal Carcinoma

目的 研究Survivin基因在食管癌中的表达与生物学特性的关系。方法 免疫组织化学法检测 62例食管癌组织及癌旁正常组织Survivin的表达。结果 食管癌组织Survivin阳性表达率为 79 0 % ,显著高于癌旁正常组织 ( 6 5 % ,P <0 0 1) ,低分化、中分化、高分化癌组织阳性率无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移组阳性率为 93 1% ,高于无淋巴结转移组的阳性率 ( 66 7% ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 Survivin基因在食管癌中高表达 ,与淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,但与癌组织分化程度无关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Survivin gene and biological characteristics in human esophageal carcinoma.Methods The expression of Survivin gene was detected in 62 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of Survivin expression in esophageal carcinomas was 79 0%,which was higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(6 5%,P<0 01). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Survivin expression among low differentiated cancer, middle differentiated cancer and high differentiated cancer(P>0 05). The positive rate of Survivin expression in lymph node metastasis group (93 1%) was higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis (66 7%,P<0 05).Conclusions The expression of Survivin gene in esophageal carcinomas is high.It is positively related to lymph node metastasis,but not related to tumor differentiated grade.
