摘要
南京市旧城更新过程中存在市场存量土地过多、土地功能结构不合理等问题。建议运用城市经营的思路加强和深化对土地的运作,应改“以地补路”为土地储备、改实物拆迁为货币拆迁,强化建设总量的控制。
There exist the problems of excessive market land reserve and unreasonable structure of land function in the course of old townrenovation in Nanjing. The paper suggests that the operation of land be strengthened and deepened with the concept of city operation bychanging the pattern of 'compensation for road with land' into land reserve, practical dismantling and resettlement into currency dismantling andresettlement so as to intensify the overall control.[
