在鹤山市行政中心选址及城市发展方向规划中,存在两种意见:跳跃式和渐进式发展模式。通过从用地条件、自然环境利用与发展时序三方面比较两者优缺点,分析其可行性,最终提出鹤山市发展应走渐进式道路。

In the selection of Heshan Administration Center and the planning of direction of urban development, there exist two different opinions,the development pattern of leaping forward and the pattern of going on gradually.By comparing the advantages of both in terms of conditionsof land use,application of natural environment and sequence of development and analyzing the feasibility study,the paper suggests that thepattern of going on gradually is adopted for the development of Heshan.[
