摘要
近些年来,随着我国全面推进素质教育,理工科高等院校都大力加强了培养学生人文素质方面的工作,并在某些方面取得了一定的积极效果,然而总体看来仍不尽如人意。其原因何在?应如何改进以取得明显的成效?作者认为:①理工科院校的领导应以教育家的战略目光来认识加强人文素质教育的重要性,主动进入角色;②用系统、科学的课程体系来确保理工科院校人文素质教育的质量和效果;③人文素质教育应贯穿于学校教育的全方位、全过程。
As the humanistic education being promoted on a nationwide scale in recent years, remarkable efforts have been made to strengthen the character-building of science & technology students. Although positive responses have been achieved on certain respects of the program, seen as a whole, the result is yet far from satisfactory. The causes of the deficiencies in humanistic education, and possible improvements with greater effectiveness are studied. Suggestions are put forward: (1)The leaderships in science & technology universities and colleges as educationalists shall discern strategically the importance of reinforcing humanistic education, and act in accordance. (2) The teaching quality and effect shall be ensured by a scientifically organized curriculum system. (3) The rationale of humanistic education shall penetrate into and reflect from every aspect of the entire educational process.
