Social environment and social pollution are important concepts of theorectical and practical meaning.They were discussed by applying the complex system theory.The environment is a very large complex system consisting of five subsystems such as nature,population,culture,economy-politics and prevailing tendency.The prevailing tendency is a collective reflection of social environment and social pollution is associated with a bad kind of social tendency.Social environment and social tendencies decide the action of society and social processes,the later are decided by many factors and statistical laws.
