摘要
众所周知 ,有机体必须不断地从环境吸取负熵 ,才可能生存下去。它给予我们的启示是 :作为一类有机体 ,首先 ,企业人力资源管理系统必须是充分开放的。其次 ,人力资源管理工作一刻也不能停息 ,具体地说 ,就是要保持人力资源规划的环境适应性、员工招聘的日常性、培训的“终身”性等。
It's common knowledge that the premise that the organism exists is that it must continuously absorb the 'negative entropy'from its environment.As a kind of organism,at first,HRM systems of enterprises should be fully open.Second,the work on HRM is ceaseless all the time.Concretely,it's necessary to keep the environment adaptability of HRM plan,routinization of recruitment,and lifelong extension of training etc.
