摘要
团队是企业适应复杂动态变化环境的重要组织形式 ,高绩效的团队需要自组织工作。团队自组织工作的基本要素是团队成员之间存在有意义差异、互动沟通和运作氛围。通过案例介绍自组织团队建设的过程以及基本原理。
For the sake of adapting to the complex dynamical environment,teamwork is an important form of organization and needs to be self-organized.The authors presented three important conditions for teamwork self-organization:significant differences,transforming exchanges and containers.Then through case studying,they clarified the process of facilitating teamwork self-organization and its basic principles.
