为保证食用盐的安全 ,对某盐业公司违规将“工业用盐”当作食品用盐销售 ,某酱油生产厂购买制作酱油用盐时未索证 ,将“工业用盐”用于酱油生产的食品污染案进行了查处。对目前个别盐业部门存在的问题进行了分析 ,对如何作好食盐的安全工作提出了建议。

For ensuring salt safety,an event that a soy sauce factory using industrial salt to make soy sauce was investigated and prosecuted.The problems existed in some salt companies were analyzed.Some suggestions about how to ensure the salt safety were made.
