乌鲁木齐铁路局餐饮具消毒效果监测分析

Surveillance analysis of sanitary situation of tableware in Wulumuqi railway area

为掌握乌鲁木齐铁路局餐饮具消毒效果 ,于 1997年至 2 0 0 1年对 136 3份餐具抽样检测。 5年间的平均合格率为 71%。结果揭示应提高饮食从业人员的卫生意识 ,完善卫生消毒设备 ,提高餐具卫生质量。

In order to know the sanitary situation of tableware in Wulumuqi railway area in China.1 363 sets of tableware were examined in the period of 1997～2001.The average qualified rate was 71% in 5 years.The results indicated that the administrative authorities should enhance the sanitary awareness of food handlers,improve the facilities used in connexion with disinfection,so as to improve the sanitary quality of tableware.
