This paper investigates the main factors affecting the broaching accuracy of internal spline including the expansion and contraction of the broach and workpeice ,the internal stress of workpice, the misalignment of the axes of the broach and workpiece, and the correlation between the clearance angles of the broach teeth and the surface roughness of the workpiece etc.
