摘要 从UV涂层干燥实验找到了一个固化特征参数———最低有效固化能,发现当灯区总功率和样品通过灯区时间的积大于等于该参数时,可以保证UV涂层表面很好地干燥;而当小于该参数时,则干燥不良。借助最低有效固化能参数,可以有效地实现不同型号UV固化机技术参数的调整,从而提高UV涂层干燥作业的效率。 The curing characteristic parameters of the lowest effective curing energy were found by means of UV coating dryness experiments. The results showed that the dryness properties were better when the product of power of lamp region and the time of the samples passing the region is greater than or equal to the parameters ,on which the other conditions showed the dryness properties weak.The experimental results indicated that the technique parameters of various types of UV curing machines were able to be adjusted using the lowest effective curing energy, and improved the curing efficiency of UV coatings.
