摘要
从第二语言学习与习得理论引出语言环境对英语学习的重要作用,并倡导高校在实施英语素质教育时,既要重视英语课堂教学改革也要重视校园英语环境的建设。
This paper introduces the important roles of the language environment according to the theory of the learning and acquisition of the second language and proposes the colleges to stress both the reform of classroom English teaching and the construction of the campus English environment while carrying out English quality education.
