21世纪经济的发展对社会经济各方面产生了深刻的影响,财务工作进入了改革和发展的重要时期,财务工作者面临的问题是个人素质的全面提高。本文从财务工作者应具备的政治素质、文化素质、业务能力素质和心理素质几个方面进行了说明,旨在引起财务工作者的重视,不断完善自己,以主动适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。
With the reform and development of financial affairs, financial workers have to improve their qualifications. This paper analyzes the political qualification, cultural qualification, professional qualification and psychological qualification that financial workers should have, so as to arose the attention of financial workers and improve themselves in order to adapt to the development of the socialism market economy.
