采用冷芯盒法制芯时,粘结剂中的溶剂含量对砂芯强度有较大影响。在原砂比表面积较大、添加粉状附加物及砂芯涂覆水基涂料时,粘结剂中应含有较多的溶剂。

In core making with cold core box, the solvent content in the binding material has a greater influence on the sand core strength. When adding powered accessories and coating the sand core with water-base coating to ,the original sand with a greater surface area, the binding material must contain more solvent.
