摘要
利用LonWorks现场总线技术设计了车辆自动门制造分厂监控系统。采用以神经元芯片为核心的控制节点、宿主结构的控制节点和显式消息交互节点,实现分厂上位监控机与现场设备的数据交互、485标准信号与LonTalk协议间的相互转换,满足了较高传输速度和较大数据量的传送要求,从而为在传统的监控系统中运用现场总线技术开辟了一条途径。
Based on LonWorks, a supervisory control system for automatic door factory is proposed. The smartnode working as a gateway between LonTalk protocol and RS - 485 standard or PC is introduced. High speed and reliable communication are realized successfully via this way, thus another approach of applying FCS in the conventional supervisory control system being sel up.
