当前我国农民增收困难的原因及对策分析

农民增收困难是当前我国'三农'问题最根本,最为突出的问题.农产品供求结构性过剩,农村剩余劳动力转移困难,对农业投入力度减小,农民不合理负担过重是造成当前我国农民增收困难的原因.要解决这一问题必须以市场为导向优化农业产业结构,推动乡镇企业二次创业和农村小城镇建设,加强对农业的保护和支持力度,全面推进农村'税费改革'.

The difficulty of peasant's income increasing is the most radical and outstanding problem of peasant, agriculture and countryside in our courtry.Many reasons lead to this such as: farm products structure surplus, Countryside surplus labours transferring difficulty,less agricultural investment and peasants'unreasonable heavy burden. To solve this problem must improve agricultural structure according to market,promote enterprises in villages and towns to start a selond business,strengthen agricultural protection and sustainment ,carry forward tax reform in countryside.
