The article rethinks the defects existing in the demonstrative effect of the registration system of real estate right. It points out that the registration system of real estate right and registration institution are not uniform and that rules concerning the effect of registration are not uniform and clear. The article gives some advice that the certificate of property should be replaced by the service of computer information.
