摘要
错误的人力资源管理政策会对人力资源的开发与管理产生严重的不良影响.本文分析了企业人力资源管理政策中经常出现的十大错误观念和做法,并提出了相应的建议或改进措施.
Wrong policies of human resource management could seriously mislead the development and administration of human resource.This article analyses some mistakes of human resource management policy that often happen in enterprise,and advances corresponding advices to resolve these problems.
