高校青年教师师德建设的思考

Thinking about Teacher Morality Construction of Youth Teacher in Universities

针对目前高校青年教师师德存在的敬业意识淡化、'信念'出现动摇;人生价值取向'中性',精力投入减少;'以身立教、为人师表'的师范教育示范作用降低;集体观念纪律观念弱化等问题,本文提出了理论教育、榜样示范;制度规范,政策引导;自我修养,实践完善的对策,对加强高校青年教师师德建设具有较强的针对性.

The thesis points out some questions about the weak sense of hard-working instable belief, neutral life value, descrensing energy to work, descreasing function's of eduction demonstration of 'being a good man and a good teacher to educate students' and imperfect couectivity notion and discipline notion of teacher morality of youth teachers in universities, It puts forward some counterplans of model demonstration, normative systerm, policy quide. The thesis has the strong directions to teacher morality construction of youth teachers in universities.
