摘要
党的十六大发出了进一步向高等教育大众化进军的号召,高等教育要回答'如何确保教育质量'的基本命题.近年来,我国高等教育师资建设远远跟不上高校扩招的规模,今后应加大高等教育师资建设.
the Sixteenth Congress calls on to develop popular higher ed uc ation further. Higher education should resolve the basic proposition of “how t o ensure the quality of education”. teacher resources can't keep up with the d evelopment of the enlarging scale of recruit students, so higher education and teacher resources construction should be enhanced in future period.
