选择合理的磷化工艺、喷涂密封型聚氨酯底漆、使用施工性及填充性良好的聚酯腻子是提高车身耐蚀性的有效途径。使用国产丙烯酸聚氨酯汽车面漆,不仅能满足涂装技术要求而且可使单台车面漆成本下降700～1 000元。
Selecting proper phosphate coating technology, coating sealed type polyamine primer, and using polyester filler with easy working and better stuffing property are the effective ways to improve the body corrosion resistance. Using domestic propene acid polyamine as top paint for automobiles will not only fulfil the technical requirement in painting but also lower the cost of top paint by ￥700～1000.
