摘要
高等教育构建培养创新人才的新机制 ,说到底就是营造有利于创新人才成长的良好环境和氛围 ,这包括构建有利于创新人才成长的评价机制、选拔机制、管理机制、激励机制和竞争机制。只有在崇尚真知、追求真知的生机勃勃的氛围和环境中 。
This study explores the educational mechanism of learners' creative ab ility which showed that it is very important but difficul t to foster su ch ability owing to the status of the learners' low creativity as a result of t heir low enthusiasm. The favorable factors for creativity covered many fields. H owever, through factor analysis 5 factors are extracted: management mechanism? evaluation mechanism? selection mechanism, excitation mechanism and competition m echanism,which are considered to be significant in the development of the c reative ability.
