摘要
论述模具上复杂扫描曲面用脊骨截面法,变半径圆弧过渡面用半径LAW法或导动样条曲线法的造型方法;混合曲面则应仔细分析与周围曲面的相互关系,以便获得合理的边界曲线并生成与周围曲面圆滑连接的混合曲面的造型方法。
This paper proceeds discussions on the moulding method of composite surfaces by using backbone section method to sweep the complicated curved surfacesin die making, by using the radius LAW method or the spline method for variable radius circular consecutive surfaces ,and by making detail analysis of themutual relations between the composite curved surfaces and their surrounding curved surfaces to seek for reasonable boundary curved lines and generate smooth joints with surronnding curved surfaces.
