在CA1091车前保险杠成形模和纵梁落料冲孔模上采用固体渗硼工艺,不仅提高了模具寿命,而且改善了产品质量,降低了产品成本,减轻了工人的劳动强度。
With the introduction of solid penetration of boron to treat the forming dies of the front bumper and the blanking and piercing dies of the longitudinal frame of CA1091,this will not only raise the die life but also improve the quality of the products, lower the cost of production ,and decrease the burden of the workers.
