轿车用整体锻造铝车轮的开发

摘要 锻造铝车轮比铸造铝车轮约轻18%,其材料强度一般是铸件的1.5倍,但制造成本高,以15×7 J规格车轮为例,是铸造的2.5倍。整体车轮只用锻造成形比较困难,锻后轮辆部分要用旋压机减径挤压。预计将来从轻量化考虑,对锻造铝车轮的使用会扩大,但降低成本仍是大量普及的前提。 Forged aluminum wheel is lighter than cast aluminum wheel by 18% and has a strength 1.5 times higher as well. But the production cost is higher too. For instance, the production cost of the forged 15 J wheel is 2.5 times that of the same wheel as cast, and the forged forming of the integral wheel is rather difficult too. However, in orderto make the car lighter, the use of the forged aluminum wheel will sooner or later become popular. Any way, lowering of the production cost is, as a matter of fact, the premises of the wide use of the forged wheels.
