摘要
在Y 7520W万能外螺纹磨床的砂轮修整器改造中,为实现双圆弧滚道切入磨削成形,选用定心回转式靠模修整器,对靠模板廓线的设计原理进行了理论分析,提出采用偏心量不变,仅放大沟曲率半径的设计方法,实践证明效果良好。
Centering rotary temelate dresser is selected for plunge cut grinding of the double circular arc groove during the modification of abrasive dresser used in Y7520W universal external thread grinding machine. This paper proceeds to analyze the oretically the principle of design of the template contour and puts forward a design method in which only the radius of curvature of the groove is enlarged with offset remaining unchanged, practice shows this method is effective .
