摩擦推进式装配线输送小车的动力分析

摘要 这种输送小车主要用于在摩擦推进式非同步装配线上生产汽车发动机、变速器等总成。通过对其进行速度特性和动力特性分析,导出输送小车在装配线上正常运行的条件。实例计算表明,当输送小车和运载的装配件总重力为1000N时,一辆输送小车正常运行仅消耗约6W功率,并且只要施加33N的力即可在0.58内停下。 A conveying bogie is described in this paper mainly fitted on an asynchronous and friction pushing type assembly linefor producing automotive engines and transmissions. Based on a study of its speed characteristics and dynamic property, in this paper the prerequisites to keep the conveying bogies normally moving on the assembly line are listed. A calculation example shows that when the total weight of a bogie itself and the assembling parts is 1000N, to keep a conveying bogie moving normally only needs 6 W of power and after applying only a force of 33 N the bogie will be stopped in 0.5 second.
