北京切诺基轻型越野汽车(Jeep cherokee)的动力转向装置由叶片式转向油泵和动力转向器组成。介绍了汽车直行及左、右转向时,动力转向器工作原理,以及维护作业要求和调整螺塞预紧度、齿条一活塞与齿扇啮合状态的调整方法。
Power steering system for Cherokee Jeep consists of a steering vane pump and power steering gear. This paper presents the working principles of power steering gear when the vehicle is straight-line running and left or right turning, as well as the requirements of its maintenance and adjustment, such as the pretightening of screw plug and engagement Condition between gear rack-piston and sector gear.
