三万向节等速传动的广义判别式及移相法

摘要 以往,对三万向节传动系中的等速传动提出了严格的限定条件,这给实际应用带来了许多不便。从平面传动的三万向节的节叉的相角变化入手,研究了相角对输入和输出轴间转角差的影响,导出了可实现平面及空间三万向节等速传动的广义判别式,并通过实例获得了验证。 There were some strict confining conditions to the constant-velocity driving in three universal joint system in the past, they hampered practical applications of this system. Start with the analysis of the variations of phase angles from one universal fork to another in a plane driving three universal joint system, in this paper the effect of phase angles upon the difference between rotating angles of input and output shafts is studied, a generalized discrirninant for the three universal joint system, in which the plane and spatial constant-velocity driving can be realized, is hereupon derived, and has proved by practical examples.
