摘要
通过对马勒里式举升机构运动特性的分析,给出了油缸静态及动态举升力的解析式。确立了马勒里式举升机构举升特性评价函数,即优化设计目标函数。讨论了该机构的各种约束条件,并用扩充惩罚函数法对举升机构的几何参数进行了计算机优化设计及实例计算。
Based on the analysis of kinematic characteristics of a Mallely lifting devise, the analytical equations for static and dynamic lifting forces come from oil cylinder are derived, the objective function for optimum design for evaluating the characteristics of this type of lifting devise is set up, Then various constrained factors to the devise are discussed. Finally the geometrical parameters of the devise have been optimized with the aid of computer by using an expanded penalty function method.
